in another part like the pheasant shack or cross roads would be better as the clearing and bridge are already easy to defend

yeh you are right, the crossroads, we could have a smaller team defending it and it would be a great take and hold mission if we had it defendable from 2 angles(i figured it could be 8feet long, and 6feet high and 6feet wide almost a square. with ladder leading up to asection of roof you could lie on, but apart from that it would be hollow, or oppen, like this image =http://www.dragonvalley.co.uk/images/gallery/300406/pryderi/dv_300406_pryderi_031.JPG i will help make it if someone wants to draw up plans, and source the parts and find a time to biuld it would be a great objective!!!!

ok it looks simple enough just remember sinking posts into the ground is near impossible what with the clay and tree roots

ner you dont need to, its portable like a climbing frame(though you would need like 5 guy to move it) so it could be used in different potitions for different games, i can get the parts, but i would need 3or4 peeps help to make it, and a full day

hi i was just looking at generators and you can get a basic one that would do our need that last 10hrs running time brand new for approximatly £200 but you could get a cheaper on off ebay, for like £100
it would be could to get iff we stay down in the woods.

wouldnt it be better just to do stuff in the mobile home and if we are feeling hardcore enough to go camp in the woods then we should be hardcore enough not to need gas/electricity.

true, and then you would have to be carful how many batteries you use but what about mobiles, and emergencys.....

I think mobiles work in the forest (in places) and we would just have to rely on people bringing enough batteries to last 24 hours of skirmishing. I don't think we should have to go without gas though (unless you want to bring a hexi-burner) as people still need to eat.
And re: Mario's comment perhaps in summer we will be feeling 'hardcore' enough not to bother with tents either - we can just erect a few bashas which are lighter and more portable, and mean we could have some interesting night fights as well...
